”The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My only complaint with my room (room 003) was that the reading lamp alongside the bed did not work, the handbasin in the bathroom took a LONG time to drain, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard needed a good clean. (One is now very clean - I washed it) Housekeeping should check these every day.”
