”The Ruby was awesome! It was very unique and quiet! The only thing to note is that there are only stairs, so if you cannot do stairs, that would be a problem. They did carry our bags up for us though! Great, relaxing stay! :)”

After the fourth night we had to request service. It is located right off I-35 so there was traffic noise. The breakfast was okay but not great, the coffee was good though. ”When you don't break the bank to stay at a clean property with great staff, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a large delicious breakfast spread...it's a nice feeling.”

”Saw a night manager get into a verbal altercation with a parent after he decided to yell at a child instead of going to the parent about the concern.”

”Breakfast could be better though - adding one or 2 more choices maybe. Rooms were clean - staff were very accommodating and helpful - restaurants nearby is a plus. Overall experience was very good! Will book again when I’m in town”

”The staff is very unfriendly. I forgot my toothbrush and a hairbrush, they don’t carry things that a traveler may need as most hotels do. The staff was unfriendly. I see why the Holiday Inn (next door) their parking lot was full while this one was empty.”

”The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. ”The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time.”
