”A large open plan space which was perfect for our group who were celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday. The accommodation was clean, spacious and modern but with some quirky features. The main lounge area could possibly benefit from some additional seating for chilling and watching TV. ”Great location, just 10 mins walk to the centre of Leamington. Communication before arrival was excellent and this was the same during my stay. Comfy bed and sofa. I stayed on my own and felt very safe. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
