âThere were lots of things about the stay that needed some work. It started when we attempted to rent another property owned by the same group & were told days later that it wasn't available. They asked me to cancel, then communication became spotty. We then unknowingly booked another property owned by the same people a second time, but elected to hope for the best.At the rental, the information within the house discussed not smoking, but the house smells of old cigarette smoke.
