”There were lots of things about the stay that needed some work. It started when we attempted to rent another property owned by the same group & were told days later that it wasn't available. They asked me to cancel, then communication became spotty. We then unknowingly booked another property owned by the same people a second time, but elected to hope for the best.At the rental, the information within the house discussed not smoking, but the house smells of old cigarette smoke. ”This is a very well equipped, comfortable house with plenty of space. The beds are comfy, the house is clean, the kitchen is stocked with what you need. I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it for any future trips to Royal Oak. The hosts are very responsive if you need to reach them, which is helpful. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.”
