”Our bathroom had not been thoroughly prepared. Used toiletry bottles and soap, no washcloths, sink not clean, Bobby pins left on counter and a glass of water on desk. Blanket in bed was frayed and had holes. Lamp by the bed had a broken switch.”

”The room was clean, but very outdated. The sofa was torn and the TV small. It kept freezing up and that was very annoying. There was a card saying new furnishings were on order, but since there was no date on it, we couldn't be sure if it was recent or not. The bath room was awful. Tiny and in definite need of repair/updating. The nozzle in the tub was broken, but we got it to work. Just very disappointing for the money.
One bright note- the breakfast was nice and the staff friendly.

”When staying here you have to treat it like a visit to grandma’s 200 year old house. Our room was on the third floor (no elevators) with slanted ceilings and bathroom down three steps. It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The air conditioner vent was positioned next to the bed and blew air directly on us as we slept (quite unpleasant). Additionally the door to our room does not fit properly and lets all the bright light...
