”The floor looked a bit greasy. The cushions on the bed were a bit dirty - i would recommend not to put on the bed at all as they were no use to most customers. The staff were friendly and good in responding to requests like bringing extra towels.”

”After a long drive to Niagara, Sterling Inn was a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the shower and jacuzzi were clean, and iin excellent condition. ”Very clean and comfortable room. Good location close to lots of restaurants and short walk to shows at Fallsview Casino. Nice observation deck on the 25th floor offers a great view of the falls. Only small drawback is the lack of parking on site. You can self drive to the nearby lot about 1 kilometre away and take a shuttle back for 35 dollars or a valet will look after the parking but charge $100.”
