”Seth was very responsive, the place was so comfortable and clean, and close to all of our favorite destinations in Hot Springs. I will definitely recommend this place. They provide nice cooking tools, bathing amenities and even a little bingo game. Overall, we are satisfied.”

The front porch could be cleared of the spiderwebs. The back porch had a couple banisters missing, and the outdoor furniture was lacking vs the neighbors furniture. ”
