The holiday apartment Royan Rayley is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people (only 1 baby or small child can be added to the reservation). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. A baby cot is also available upon request.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.

A parking space is available in front of the terrace. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. The apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility (situated on the ground floor, 80cm-doors and an Italian shower). Guests may welcome friends in the apartment during the day but they are not allowed to stay overnight. A Certificate of Liability insurance must be sent to the homeowner before arrival (in French "Assurance de Responsabilité Civile").

Sheets and towels as well as cleaning can be booked in advance and paid on site.
