”We stayed at Clopton Courtyard for my sister’s hen do, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 18. The accommodation worked brilliantly, as we were split into smaller groups of 3 or 4, which gave everyone their own space while still feeling connected.The real highlight was the large outdoor undercover area, which became our communal hub for the weekend. It was ideal for bringing everyone together, whatever the weather, and made the whole experience feel really special.Everything...

"A basic hotel near the airport. Good for overnight stay. Breakfast decent, but nothing fancy. Friendly staff."

"Upon check-in we asked if the room has a fridge and were told yes. This was important for medication that has to kept cool. Turned out that the room did not have a fridge (had been taken out). Contacted lobby, they kindly changed the room for upgraded one with fridge. This was on the top floor, where AC was not lowering the temp from 25 C even after three hours, too hot to sleep. Did not want to change the room again... The fridge was only up to +15 C, which was too warm for medicine, had to move that to downstairs for a real fridge. Staff was helpful and trying their best, but because all above left a feeling that things are not as they should be. Checking in was also extremely slow with long ques. Take your own towels from the room if going to gym or swimming, they do not offer these or flip-flops there. The lockers in the changing room were not working (locks)."

"Hotellilla oli kaksi kertaa palohälytys. Toinen oli 02:00 yöllä ja heräsin kesken unien palohälytykseen. Kerroin molemmilla kerroilla hotellin henkilökunnalle asiasta, mutta en saanut heiltä mitään tietoa asiasta. Lisäksi huoneen ilmastointilaite ei toiminut, ei voinut säätää lämpötilaa. Tämän myös ilmoitin kahteen kertaan, ja henkilökunta sanoi ilmoittavansa asian huollolle. Mutta eivät tienneet mitään, kun kyselin uudestaan. Laite ei toiminut kokl majoitukseni aikana. "

"So bad soundproofing that we were able to hear our neighbours talking and coughing. Also some dog was barking outside in the morning. Breakfast was average. Location was OK but due to roadwork it took long to get there from the city. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that I couldn't wash my tick hair. Not worth the money. "
