”Location was good and centralized.. staff were friendly but short-handed.. tv and hair dryers didn't work, and carpets were really super dirty, .. air conditioning units didn't display temperature.. the breakfast especially the egg discs were horrible...”

”My son had stayed there before, his room seemed more updated than ours. The rate for our room was really high due to the fact that it was SOU’s graduation weekend, that was sort of a bummer to see the rate increase.
I didn’t really like the self check in, especially when they had staff in the office available. You’re tired from traveling, I just want someone to check my id, hand me my room key, and send me on my way with a smile.
Our room did not look like the “suite” we booked online at all....

”Very quiet. The pool is awesome! The ice machines are tricky to find, but we finally asked at the front desk and the lady was very helpful. Some of the screens need replaced, which would make the hotel look a little more cared for. Also, our shampoo and conditioner bottles were not full. It was obvious that they had been used by a prior guest.”

”While I was only there for a brief few hours overnight, it was a good experience hesitant at first was glad I stayed there front desk. Staff was very helpful and very appreciative for the upgrade.”

”Great place to stay before heading to Crater Lake. New property, comfortable room and amenities and breakfast one would expect. The only thing I noticed missing was in-room safe. Overall would stay again if visiting the area. ”
