”The staff at The Bear Inn are terrific: it’s a family-run business and nothing was too much trouble. You soon will get to know everyone’s name a they will remember yours; it’s the little things that set a small country Inn apart from the bigger and soulless enterprises. Check-in was easy and, although we originally planned to stay for a couple of days, we were made so welcome, decided to stay for two more. Our day always started with an excellent and leisurely breakfast which really set us up...

”Excellent central location, large studio flat, warm central heating, safe and secure building. Only small gripes were a lack of plates and cutlery (you’d think a 2 person flat would have at least 2 plates / 2 knives and forks etc) and the shower water pressure could have been stronger but all in all very good accommodation for the price”
