”This was our second time staying at the Colonial Motel in the past four years, and it was as good as we remembered from the first time. The location is great, in the heart of North Conway village and walkable to many things. The room was spacious and super-clean and nicely appointed. The two front desk people I dealt with were eager to help with any issue, from more coffee for the maker in the room to dining suggestions. ”Place was clean when we arrived. Pet friendly is a plus. Quiet neighborhood. Place has a pool. Theres grills where you can bbq and chairs where you can chill outside your room. It’s pretty cool. Only few resto around it though. Will go back again at this place. ”

”We cycled to the motel so were unable to bring our own food. The motel is a few miles from the nearest restaurant - too far to cycle for a meal out. The manager kindly offered to buy food for us which was there on our arrival. We grilled the sausages on the gas grill. There were tables and chairs next to the grill and undercover. We later sat around a fire. The wood was provided free of charge. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. ”

”they need Roku tvs for streaming, they have breakfast and dinner only. No lunch. So theres a gap where they dont serve food in the day/afternoon. Food is amazing! Cumfy beds, love how you can jump on your atv and hit the trails right from the property. Staff very knowledgable of the ATV trails. Pool was awesome and warm and clean.”
