”Everything is as it should be every time we come ”

”The property is dated. The staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. The rooms themselves needed work, though serviceable. It served our purpose...a place to stay. Otherwise, nothing memorable except the couple of cockroaches we had as roommates, and the dated heating units were loud. ”

”Good luck finding parking! You have to hope to find a spot on the street nearby, because there's no parking lot or garage for this hotel. We were greeted by someone on the phone on the couch and when we got up to our tiny room, there was a missing TV. We went downstairs to talk to the receptionist, who was on the couch and on her phone again. She gave us a different room to try, but the bathroom was missing the shower towels and the water pressure was awful. Also, the new room had no carpet. In...

”Beautiful house, wonderful staff ”

”Swimming pool closed for maintenance. Elevators were not functioning and in spite of begging for a room on the first floor, we were sent to the third floor! We advised them I have two torn meniscus and my husband also has ligament issue with his left knee, but to no avail. *****The cleaning staff was excellent, especially Legna, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to make sure all was well with us. The young lady at the dining room was also excellent! *****KUDOS TO THOSE TWO! ”

”The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced”
