”What a magical and lovingly maintained B&B! A unique stay, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast. We will definitely be back. My 4 year old was very sad to leave! ”

”Room was very clean and comfortable. Directions were clear. Location is just off High Street so is a little noisy at night. Shower and bathroom were nice, with refreshments ready in the room for us. Hostess was very helpful getting us a taxi to the train station.”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us by making take away breakfast boxes because we had to leave early. Typical pub/inn with typical pub food. Under new management, so they were adjusting. The location was perfect, right in town and we got there early enough to get parking on site. ”

”Room was very clean , staff were very friendly especially the young guy on reception. He explained where the best place was to watch the carnival. Great with my grandson who was disappointed he didnt get to say goodbye . Hotel is a little dated but didn't ruin our stay. The only moan i have is that the room was very hot and not thermostat. ”

”We had a great welcome and were shown to our fabulous room. Spacious and well decorated, it had a great spread of tea and coffee with real milk in the fridge! Comfortable bed and new, good quality bedding. Plenty of drawers and hanging space. Sofa and desk for daily activities. Tha bathroom had the best walk in shower setting we have seen so far! Great pub with excellent food and drinks selection. But what it made it really special was the staff, customer service was really excellent, and...

”The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again ”

”A pleasant overnight stay in a warm and friendly Pub. The room was of a good size and clean. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar on returning from an evening out. Good breakfast and would definitely stay again.”

”What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.”
