Super helpful and polite staff everywhere. Didn’t use the spa facilities but plan on doing so next time we visit and we would definitely go back

The hotel is great, just think the bar is understaffed and slow service. The hotel would benefit from an experienced bar staff. That said the staff are pleasant they just lack the bar training and experience.
