”We spent the weekend relaxing and connecting for my sister's 50th birthday. This glamping site is magical - it is peaceful, full of activities for both young and old, and is run by the nicest couple, Rainey and Jeff, who make you feel like you are home. They provide everything you need to make glamping easy - real beds and linens, grills, griddle, covered tables, utensils, games, paddleboat, a pristine swimming pond, clean water and the perfect backdrop. We will definitely return! ”

”Great location. Walk to town and lake easily.
Bathroom is very small.
Would recommend a night light as it’s very dark at night. Also an additional mirror in bedroom. No real sitting area was the downside.”

”Cozy, Convenient, and Full of Thoughtful Touches!
We really enjoyed our stay in Geneva! The place was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded to messages lightning-fast, which we really appreciated. Check-in was a breeze, and we were able to find parking right near the front door.
The space was well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and even condiments for cooking. There were so many thoughtful little touches...

”The host has done a wonderful job on providing a comfy, clean, and inviting space which is a convenient location to all of your downtown shops and eateries. Initially, we thought the downtown location may have some challenges, but the parking was very easy and right around the corner and we slept like babies in a comfortable bed. The only initial issue, was no coffee grinder for the beans, but the coffee shop is right across the street.”

”This really was a cozy apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. Jennifer was very receptive to our questions about places to visit. Check-in and out directions were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed out time in the Finger Lakes and being able to come "home" at night to this apartment made it very comfortable.”

”Great place to stay in a great location! Everything was clean and in good working condition. The house was perfect for our multigenerational group ages 7-73. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. It’s very close to downtown Penn Yann. The expansive yard had plenty of grass for kids to play outside while adults gathered by the grill and firepit. Everything was as described and pictured. I would definitely recommend!”
