”It is close to downtown for a less expensive price. But, you get what you pay for and it is just a basic hotel room and space. The breakfast is "meh" but they did have a waffle machine! Coffee is free and available. It is very serviceable but has a Motel 6 vibe. Worth the money but set your expectations accordingly.”

I personally loved the design of the property and interior design of the rooms, overall it was very artful and bespoke. The room was clean and the restaurant was inviting. ”The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...
