”Stayed in room 427 for only one night.
The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was due to the night clerk who was very nice although she seemed like she had a pressing issue that needed to be addressed.
The hallway carpet is absolutely disgusting with various stains. Our sink drained so slowly that I thought we had the plug in the down position.

”I recently stayed at the University Inn in Boiling Springs, NC and it was a great experience. It seemed to be an older hotel but he rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. ”We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.”
