”The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. ”

”Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

”Back door to the pool area was jammed, they didn’t have the wet clothes hangline in the bathroom like the sign said it had. The refrigerator didn’t work. The water pressure was low. There was no microwave either so we just didn’t worry about the broken fridge to save food in . It was useless since we could not reheat. No view of the ocean anywhere in hotel. ”Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach”

Pool and beach service: Constantina was amazing, but the other servers were nowhere to be found and never followed up. Avoid the sales pitch, not worth it at all.”
