”Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden.As mentioned the stairs are steep but we managed with no problem (we are in our late 60's and early 70's)Opposite the common so good for a walk and easy access to Lymington. Excellent communication from the owner.Would definitely recommend On street parking with plenty of spaces.”

Whenever I had a question he came over or called me back.The cottage is a lovely place to stay, everything one might need is in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds and linen very very comfortable. ”We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly.”

”Great place for a short stay, minor niggles with some cutlery not being clean and heating in the top bedroom not turning on, but everything else was fantastic. Great bedding, super comfy, had everything we needed. We had the 12 days of Christmas at the Elderflower which was close enough we did not need coats to get there. Stunning morning watching the sky at sunrise on the balcony too. Would stay again.”

One little thing, could do with at least one large saucepan, they were a bit too small for a family of six, but it wouldn't stop me from coming again. Excellent.”
