I especially liked that it was pet friendly. Easy to get to west Jefferson, Lansing, Grayson Highlands State Park & more. Would stay again! ”

The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. ”Baker's Cottage is cozy and cute. Bathroom and kitchen seemed to have been updated lately. The small creek is lovely as is the side yard. The ceilings are attractive but low. I'm 5'9" and I could touch all the ceilings. I think a tall person wouldn't be comfortable here. The home smelled perfumey which would be a plus for some and a negative for others.”

The location is gorgeous, the reflection pond is a lovely bonus space, and the house itself is luxurious and outfitted with beautiful, artistic items, and the space makes relaxation easy. The quality of everything in the house is extremely high, including all of the equipment in the kitchen, which made cooking there a complete joy. Diana and Traylor are incredibly gracious hosts and were generous in taking care of...

It is amazingly well suited for a family. Even though we only used one bedroom, we could see how a family or group of friends could be very comfortable there.”

Grayson Highlands State Park is about 20 min, and that is where we spent the most time during the day. Coming back to this picturesque home to watch the wildlife and soak in the hot tub was a big bonus.The AC was on the fritz during on visit but we chose to go anyway rather than reschedule. The owner purchased several fans and the evenings stayed cool. ”
