Upon arrival we found dead bugs on the inside of the cottage likely from windows being left open. Septic tank was beyond full which meant the toilets backed up/flooded and flooded into the shower. Did not use the pool as there was a dance competition at the hotel and the area was over run by children. The 4th floor of the pavillion where we stayed was extremely noisy with children running and screaming in the hallways outside our room until well past 11pm. The room itself was spacious and ...
