”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. ”Staff was extremely attentive when issues were raised and very pleasant during interactions. Hotel is close to attractions or within reasonable distance by bus or other rapid transit. Purchase a bus pass and ride the El-train and buses to traverse the city. It's a lot of fun and”

”Comfortable beds and very good location, in downtown and just next to blue line for O’Hare”
