”big room, nice location”

”The staff was so courteous and accommodating they made our stay so memorable. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area.”

”Our two night stay at MGallery was very luxurious. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and also made some fantastic recommendations for dinner in town and sightseeing around the area. We used the pool facility which was very grand and beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here for the amenities and convenience of location.”

”Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.”

”I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.”

”Great stay. Good food”

”Old hotel but best location and friendly and helpful staff!”

”Very well located hotel. Special thank you to Chau who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to provide an excellent service”

”Beautiful quiet property”

”Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. When the staff delivered our luggage, we asked about it and were advised to contact reception. A staff member came to check, acknowledged the smell and inspected the carpet,...

”近旅遊景點”

”Upea hotelli, mahtava näköala, hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja palvelu. Ihana Spa.”

”Muuten kaikki aivan mahtavaa, mutta viereisen rakennuksen remontti aiheuttaa ääniä. Olimme marraskuussa 2023 täällä.”

”Good location but a little walk up the hill. Cute clean place with great staff, great view, and good daily breakfast also. Would stay again.”

”Able to leave luggage prior to check in”
