”I decided to surprise my husband with a trip and booked Jumeirah Saadiyat Island for a week for his birthday. My oh my!!! The hotel exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable trip. They had a birthday cake, balloons, cookies and a basket of fruits set up in our room on our arrival with rose petals on the bed. ”A true 5 star experience, we were made to feel welcomed the moment we arrived. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, housekeeping staff are excellent, keeping the room spotlessly clean!
