”I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. ”

”The suite was awesome, very clean and enormous. I'm sad to say we didn't have time to stay another day but it was a little more spendy than what I'm used to. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Only issue I had was the place was so large and our room was quite aways away from parking, and I'm disabled in both knees so it's hard to walk much distances.”

”Booked this hotel going of their breakfast photos. It was not as shown. There was no waffle maker and the apple juice had floaties. There was no fruit and only milk in the fridge. Have updated photos posted so others do not waste their time and money coming based on continental breakfast. Will not return. ”

”The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees!”

”Booked do the hot tub an it was closed. Took an hour to get into the room because it wasn’t ready at check in. We had places to be. The room itself was mostly clean, except for the candy and crumbs in the heating/AC vent. Expedia tried to call and they ignored the calls. Bed was SO uncomfortable could feel the springs in it. ”

”We utilized the party room and the pool for a kids party and then stayed the night. All the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We have utilized the party room several times, this year the pool was the coldest it has been. My kids along with friends didnt swim long, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. ”

”Room was clean and the layout of the room was different from the usual but very comfortable. Parking and walking distance to entrance was short and sweet. Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Amenities were good as well. Grandkids loved the pool and slide. Will book again next visit.”

”My room was clean, the shower was good with “clean” products. I was surprised there was not any lotion to use which surprised me. Didn’t use much of the kitchen except for the refrigerator which kept my beverages cold. Didn’t use the pool and the staff was friendly. I’d stay again. ”

”At first we weren't comfortable with our room (it smelled kind of like smoking, even though the whole place is non smoking) but the staff was super courteous, and gave us a different room which was very nice.”
