”I travel to around 20 business conferences a year and have been staying at The Citizen for the past 3 years when I come for the annual association event. It is really one of my top 5 hotels of the year even though I barely slept this year due to the noise outside on the street. ”Clean, decent room for the price, staff ok but distracted, didn't use the pool. Some rooms under renovation and had plastic in the windows. No elevator. Breakfast was the saddest muffins and coffee. ”
