It was lease to another company who failed to follow the lease, now it’s stuck in a legal battle. So this facility isn’t even considered a hospitality site right now. ”I stayed for one night to watch a sporting event the following morning. Front desk check-in was fast and welcoming with a bottle of water and a small snack. Very friendly people work there. Room was going with strong AC and bed was very comfortable. Easily could’ve slept two more people in the fold out queen couch. Kitchenette was well equipped even though we didn’t really use anything but the fridge to keep drinks cold. The three minute drive from the property to Starbucks the next morning was...

”Great location, Central too much, next to American River. Room coffee less than tasty-none in lobby. Bathtub makes weird noises when in it & fan is annoying with on/of, on/off. Otherwise nice place, pool has sun & shade.”

However the individual and or family staying above me which I assume is room 205 was playing a horn or some sort of horn instrument 1:30 pm in the afternoon the first day of my stay. Which, I found to be rude staff was helpful in rectifying the issue. ”I’m a bit beside myself as the gal that checked me in needed a card for $100 deposit. I just saw that she charged me $150 of which it overdraft that card. I just called and talked to a gal and she told me that the $150 is correct but who checked me in made a mistake. So now I not only get a big check on my credit score but an overdraft of $45!! ”The staff did not tell us upon check in that the rooms were cleaned every other days the bathroom smelled like mildew.”

”Parking was easy and the breakfast was fine and provided without charge. The TV remote needed new batteries. I was able to live with it for a one night stay. I made the desk aware upon check-out.”
