”Breakfast was awful. All take away and everything was out by 8:45 when we went. Roaches in our room. We were given a different room than we booked because ours was not clean and ready at 9:00pm. We got a first floor, pet friendly room and it smelled like it. ”

”The jacuzzi was filthy with dead skin floating on the suds. It was gross. People staying thete were loud and played loud mariachi music with no regard for anyone at the pool and jacuzzi . No regard for small children. There was drinking going on. I asked the front desk managenent what the hotel policy was regarding this issue. I was looked at and told she didn't know policy. She told me it was a public space and that people could turn their music up if they wanted. She made me feel like...
