Located on the Sandwich side of Sagamore Beach, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage will be the perfect getaway. One floor living with Central AC and will even accept your dog, just across the street from Sagamore Beach!

Step out the door of this 3 Bedroom cottage, cross the street and walk by three houses to access a path through the dunes to the sandiest beach in Sandwich.The interior offers an open Living/Dining/Kitchen area with an oversize window facing the street providing plenty of natural light.

One floor living with 3 Bedrooms and full Bath with shower, perfect for a family with little ones. Central AC for the summer and Central heat for the fall keep you comfortable no matter the season. The Kitchen side entry opens to the deck, which wraps around the corner of the house and overlooks a private back yard, perfect for an afternoon game of whiffle ball. Complete with outdoor furniture, table with umbrella and a gas grill.

There is a small portable washing machine and a good old fashioned clothes line, but no Dryer. Bring along your bikes and take a ride to the end of the street, where there's an access pathway to the Cape Cod Canal bike path.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner.
