”A delightful, clean, pleasant place. None of the usual bells and whistles that mega chain motels burden you with. Just clean, modern, nicely decorated room with all the essential features. Really a fantastic throwback to the early days of mom and pop facilities before corporations overwhelmed tourism. Loved the place. PS. only a one minute walk to one of the best ice cream places on the Cape--Cad Cod Creamery.”

”Nice room. Bed was very comfy. The HVAC was a little, tiny bit noisy. The tv guide an old scroller, which I find pretty annoying. Other than that a very nice holiday inn express. Breakfast was well looked after and food was very fresh and good!”

”The outside of the property was cute and inviting, however, my room was underwhelming. Some of the lights didn't work. Trying to find a plug for my fan was difficult. The carpet felt dirty and there were small holes in the walls not patched. Also the mirrors were dirty. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the AC worked so that was a plus. The bathroom was definitely the worst part. I actually wouldn't shower. They clearly hadn't updated in a long time. The door looked like someone punched it...

”Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. ”

Although the property is generally clean in the hallways, there is a noticeable smell of old or dirty carpet in some areas. In room 131, the hair dryer was broken and did not work.
