Bring your boat! You will have access to community waterfront and your own boat slip, boat lift and dock space. This home is secondary waterfront & a 5-10 minute walk to the water.

This modern home is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Just 15 min to Sandpoint, ID (5 min by boat) and 35 min to Schweitzer Ski Resort. After a day of skiing on the mountain, or playing on the lake, you can enjoy the covered hot tub and soak in the sunset and view.

I like to create beautiful spaces in special locations; so I designed and built the house of my dreams that reflected what that means to me. I am happy to share it with you.

This house has some of the best views you'll find on the lake, all while being less than 15 minutes to town. The furnishings are modern, yet comfortable. Clean lines, but cozy, organic comfort. From ultra soft couch blankets, soft lighting, over sized entryway rugs and top rated bedding. No detail was left unthought.

A kitchen that has it all - from gadgets & various graters to modern Fortessa cutlery, it's fit for those who like a variety of cooking gear. You will absolutely love cooking and being in this kitchen - it is the heart of the home and the view will make you say "wow" the first time you see it. It is such a cool kitchen!

Some extra touches you might appreciate:

Alan air purifier HEPA filter. Clean air is important. This filter runs 24/7.

Night lights strategically placed throughout the house & outside. Mostly on stairwells and common areas (not in bedrooms). Helpful when navigating a home that is new to you.

Stainless steel Hunter table top fans in every bedroom. Making white noise available for those who want it.

Plants, plants and more plants! This house has a lot of plants. If that's a plus for you, you'll love it!

It feels pretty private. It's in a small, gated development. You'll occasionally see people driving or going for a walk along the hill next to the house. For the most part, it will feel like you have the hillside to yourself. And yet, it doesn't feel like you're in the middle of nowhere as you can gaze across the lake to town. The best of both worlds, arguably ;-)

Spacious, sweeping lake views from every room in the house! It's hard to showcase the actual views. They are truly hard to rival. The reviews reflect this fact :-) I've you haven't scanned through them, I highly recommend it.

The home features 3 bedrooms. 2 en suite bedrooms and 1 with it's own bathroom nearby (3rd floor). All bedrooms boast comfortable mattresses and bedding.

The Deck. The deck of all decks! Located off the living and kitchen area, the covered deck is where you'll want to spend a lot of your time. The sunsets are unreal; bring your sunglasses in the summertime. What makes it even better are the furnishings. They are plush and modern. There is a fan in case it's too hot in the summertime. The view feels as if you are floating on top of the water. It's awe worthy - really.

This house has a good feeling/energy about it. I keep it that way by smuging/saging between guests. I realize that this might not mean much to everyone & that's OK. If that means something to you, you'll appreciate this extra touch.
