DESIGNED FOR GATHERING

At the heart of the home is a spectacular great room designed to showcase the lake. Large sliding glass doors connect the spacious living area to the waterfront deck, creating an inviting setting for entertaining or simply enjoying the view.

The gourmet kitchen features premium Viking appliances, a gas cooktop with griddle, Viking oven, warming drawer, butcher block island, and a second island with four barstools.

Whether preparing a family breakfast before a day of adventure or gathering for dinner after exploring North Idaho, the kitchen and dining areas provide wonderful spaces to connect.

The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for four at the island. A gas fireplace, powder room, laundry room, and second refrigerator complete the main floor.

FOUR PRIVATE KING SUITES

Upstairs, four spacious king bedrooms each offer a private en-suite bathroom and TV, providing exceptional comfort and privacy for couples and families traveling together.

Lake Pend Oreille is one of North Idaho`s most spectacular destinations, offering endless opportunities for boating, swimming, paddleboarding, and exploring.

During boating season, enjoy the property`s private dock with under-dock LED lighting, two boat lifts, two jet ski lifts, mooring buoy, swim pad, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Spend the day exploring the lake or Pend Oreille River, visiting waterfront restaurants, or simply relaxing along the shoreline.

Springy Point State Park, with its public boat launch, beach, and sandbar, is approximately 1 minute away.

The dock remains accessible year-round, although boating and swimming access from the dock depend on seasonal lake levels.

WINTER AT SCHWEITZER

Schweitzer Mountain Resort is approximately 30 minutes away, making Lakeshore an exceptional home base for family ski vacations.

The three-car garage features Gravity Grabber racks for up to 12 sets of skis or snowboards, boot dryers accommodating 12 boots, and additional glove dryers inside the home.

After a day on the mountain, return to the comfort of four gas fireplaces, prepare dinner together, or unwind in the large, sheltered hot tub overlooking the lake.

OUTDOOR LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

The expansive terraced decks offer beautiful views of Lake Pend Oreille and the Cabinet Mountains throughout the year.

Enjoy the large, sheltered hot tub, outdoor dining areas, comfortable seating, a four-burner Weber BBQ, and propane fire table.

During boating season, several waterfront restaurants are accessible by boat, while Dover Bay Marina offers fuel and a convenient market.

Schweitzer Mountain Resort is approximately 30 minutes away for skiing, snowboarding, and year-round mountain adventures.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests enjoy private access to the home, three-car garage, expansive waterfront decks, sheltered hot tub, and designated guest amenities.

During boating season, the private dock and waterfront equipment are available subject to seasonal lake levels.

The property features a private tram connecting the upper and lower waterfront decks. For safety reasons, the tram is normally powered off and is not available for general guest use. Limited exceptions require prior written authorization and appropriate safety precautions, at management`s sole discretion. Access is not guaranteed.

Waterfront access is otherwise available via stairs and walkways.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION

SEASONAL LAKE LEVELS

Each fall, beginning September 18 or the third Sunday in September (whichever is later), Lake Pend Oreille is lowered approximately 10–12 feet.

The private dock remains accessible, but boating and swimming access from the dock, along with boat and jet ski lift use, become unavailable as the water recedes, typically around the fourth week of September.

Lake levels rise again in spring and early summer. Full pool is required by July 4 and has historically occurred around the second or third week of June, although actual timing varies.

Guests planning boating activities during late spring or early fall should confirm water conditions before arrival.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

The property offers a three-car garage, large parking pad, and additional designated paved parking space.

Most large boat trailers cannot be accommodated due to the steep driveway entrance. Smaller trailers may fit with advance confirmation.

No-step entry is available from the driveway and garage to the main floor. Stairs are required to access all five bedrooms and lower waterfront areas.

SAFETY & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Children must be supervised around the lake, dock, hot tub, and outdoor stairs.

Four exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, upper main deck, rear stairs, and waterfront area beneath the tram.

A separate rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

GUESTS & VISITORS

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, and the property`s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Additional visitors require prior approval. The reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. Weddings and large gatherings are not permitted.

WATERFRONT & AMENITY SAFETY

Please follow all posted safety instructions and exercise good judgment when using the lake, dock, hot tub, boat lifts, kayaks, paddleboards, and other amenities.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around the water, dock, and hot tub. Lake conditions can change unexpectedly, so please exercise appropriate caution.

PRIVATE TRAM – IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

The private tram connecting the upper and lower waterfront decks is powered off and is not available for general guest use due to safety concerns.

Guests must not activate, operate, or attempt to move the tram. Tram access is not included with the reservation. Any exception requires prior written authorization from property management and appropriate safety precautions.

RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS

We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbors in our peaceful lakefront community. Please respect their privacy and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

PROPERTY CARE & RESTRICTED AREAS

Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, subject to applicable booking platform policies.

Do not enter locked or designated owner`s storage areas. Please promptly report any damage, maintenance concerns, or malfunctioning equipment.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

Fireworks are prohibited. RVs, campers, tents, and outdoor overnight camping are not permitted without prior written approval.
