đŠ Home is located on a narrow lake inlet just 3 minutes from the Long Bridge into Sandpoint.
đŠ Waterfront property with 100' frontage, 30' dock that hugs the beach-less shore. Direct channel inlet access to Lake Pend Oreille for smaller boat and personal water craft, via the narrow channel inlet behind our house.
đ The lake level is lowered each fall. Inlet has water approximately June- early October, but can change year to year.
đŁ During lake season, put your 1 boat in at the Sandpoint Marina (smaller boat, outboard motor only) and tie up at our private dock for your stay. Only one boat permitted per booking. Sandpoint is 8 minutes by boat. Stay to the right when entering the inlet and stay to your left when leaving the inlet, to avoid underwater obstacles. Trim your motor. Depending on the size of your boat, you may need to use rope guides to turn around when leaving the dock.
