”The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer.”

”I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. My husband must use a walker for support and the walk was much too far for him to walk to the beach and walk over the dune to get to the water (I would estimate close to a half mile walk from the hotel to the water. ”Didn't have extra sheets in the lake house, floors seemed like they could have use a good sweeping and mopping, it was a great location for downtown, plenty of space in the lake house, just really needed more towels, sheets, coffee and cream, usually the first evening we get there we use the laundry detergent provided, coffee, cream, salt and pepper till we get to the store in the morning none of that was available. ”Would be a full 5 stars except the shower water only got warm. Talked with the front desk about it an they were very helpful and talked to the maintenance crew. Unfortunately it never got fixed but we were only there for one night so one lukewarm shower wasn't too bad. Other than that hotel is beautiful and we had a massive room.”
