”Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.

”Oasis in the middle of Waikiki! Location is the best you can get in Waikiki. The hotel and the rooms are top notch classy in every detail with a beach house vibe. We had a premium room with Diamond Head view on the 15th floor with a huge terrace I will miss forever. The property is very well maintained and service is immaculate. ”It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. ”I chose this place because of the good reviews – and I was happy to notice that it was really good! Nice "boutique type" of hotel in a great spot. And quiet enough to sleep in the upper floors atleast (I was on the 18th floor) even though there are cars driving in Waikiki center. Bed was very good in my taste. The breakfast was good enough because I got plenty of fruits and eggs (I don't eat meat). There is a water refill station in the lobby. Cosmopolitan queen room was nice, and nice city view...

”I had a very satisfying stay.
The reasons for my high rating are as follows:
* The front desk service was excellent
* The room was clean and bright
* Housekeeping did a perfect job
* The air conditioner was powerful and efficient
* Amenities were plentiful
* The shower water pressure was excellent
* Drinking water was provided with a tumbler, and by refilling it at the water dispenser on the first floor, there was no need to buy bottled water
