”The staff were always positive and helpful, when we needed to change a room, they understood and it was not a problem. When due to circumstances beyond our control we had to stay an extra night, they could not be more helpful. Great service out on the terrace with complimentary fruit. The breakfast was very good. A special mention to Marco , the general manager for a great stay, we will come back. ”
”The location was great, specious room, clean. Check-in was easy. Very convenient location to walk to the center or the beach. Close to the stores and restaurants. We’ll definitely come back.”
"Kiva pikkuhotelli. Kävelymatkan päässä rannasta. Erittäin siisti deluxe perhehuone, jossa kaikki pinnat uusittu. Auton pystyi parkkeeraamaan hotellin edessä olevan tien varteen, jossa parkkitilaa löytyi helposti. Buffet-tyylinen aamupala oli hinta-laatusuhteelta hyvä, meille riittävä. Miinusta siitä, että check-in luvattiin klo 14 alkaen, mutta huone ei ollut heti valmis, joten jouduimme odottamaan noin tunti ennenkuin saatiin ennakkoon varattu huone käyttöömme. "

"Palvelut perhematkaajalle hyvät. Rauhallinen rantaloma lasten kanssa. Sänkyjen patjat ovat mielestäni aika huonossa kunnossa ja ne tulisi vaihtaa kauttaaltaan. Hotellissa haluaa ehdottomasti nukkua siisteissä ja tahrattomissa patjoissa. Vähän jo pinnatkin alkaa kulumaan hotellihuoneissa, joten niitäkin tulisi alkaa jo remontoimaan. Siivoojat kävivät päivittäin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, tämä hyvä asia. Ruoka mielestäni hyvää tasoa. "
"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Cons:
-The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating.
-The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place.
-There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered.
-The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation.
-At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start.
-Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient.
-No food or drink service was available at the beach.
-Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu.
-The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome.
-During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing.
Pros:
-Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast).
-Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room.
-A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out"
