The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, kitchen knives, and cookware, as well as a new dining table and chairs for family meals. Additional conveniences on this level include a new washer and dryer, a half bath, and a spacious deck with stunning canal views. Outdoors, enjoy the private dock for boating or fishing adventures, as well as a screened patio on the lower level behind the garage. The deck is outfitted with new Adirondack chairs, a Weber 4-burner grill, and a stainless steel sink with a cutting board at the dock for added convenience.
