Sable Serenity takes advantage of the latest innovations in mattress technology. The master bedroom and main guest bedroom have a king & queen Sleep Number mattress. Please make use of the remote on the bedside dresser to adjust the firmness/softness of the mattress. The master bedroom has a private en suite bathroom and large windows overlooking the marsh. The main guest bedroom shares a hallway bath with the last bedroom, which has two full mattresses. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo! Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room provide a comfortable atmosphere throughout.

Sabal Serenity boasts a newly renovated kitchen with marble countertops and all the essential amenities and utensils. There is a countertop icemaker, new full-size fridge and a gas stove for your cooking pleasure. All bedrooms and the living room come equipped with large Roku TVs and high-speed wireless internet for streaming your favorite shows. Every room has its own mini-split AC unit providing you with maximum comfort according to your temperature preference (directions to help you use these units are on the remote in each bedroom). Gas grill on the back deck with a great view. With its serene location and modern amenities, Sabal Serenity is the perfect vacation rental for your Fripp Island getaway.

The View:
Enjoy your large fully furnished screened in porch while looking out into the marsh. Step out onto the deck to get a closer view of the Harbor River allowing you the best chances of spotting some of the 175 species of birds that call Fripp Island home.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

- The golf cart in backyard is not for guest use, this is the owner's personal cart. Please DO NOT USE! A Fripp Island rental cart is included in your rental.
- The master bedroom bedframe was replaced in 2025

Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports rentals are available.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!
