”Ocean Creek Escape” on räätälöity Charleston-tyylisen kodin käänteinen pohjaratkaisu, josta on upeat panoraamanäkymät Ocean Creek -golfkentälle, järvelle ja suolle. Frippin saaren 3 ½ mailin päässä koskemattomista, tungosta rannoista on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka. Muita lomakeskusmahdollisuuksia ovat kaksi arvostettua golfkenttää, mailakerho (10 tenniskenttää), venesatama (vene, kajakin / kanootin vuokraus, luonto- / auringonlaskunristeilyt), mailia pyöräteitä ja useita ravintoloita.

Koti on sisustettu tyylikkäästi ja sisustettu hauskalla "rannikko" -teemalla. Lepotuolityylinen sohva ja rakkausistuin takaavat miellyttävyyden katsetellessasi ylöspäin suuntautuvia liukuvia lasiovia tai katselemalla elokuvaa 6-kaiuttimisen surround-äänen 42 ”HDTV: n avulla. Suuri ruokailutila mahtuu 8 ja keittiö on hyvin varusteltu kaikilla tarvitsemilla kattiloilla, pannuilla, kulhoilla ja laitteilla. Kätevä 4 hengen istumapaikka aamiaisbaarissa on saatavana myös nauttimiseksi murosta aamulla tai nopeaan puremaan lounaalla.

King-size-vuode MBR ja kaksi queen-size-makuuhuonetta, jotka sijaitsevat toisessa kerroksessa, ovat kaikki kauniisti sisustettuja ja niissä on HDTV. Kaksi makuuhuonetta jakaa kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, kun taas makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suuri räätälöity kaakeloitu suihku ja kaksi suihkupäätä. Kolmen kerroksen kahden hengen huoneessa (pääasiallinen oleskelutila) on iso kylpyhuone suihkulla, joka sijaitsee kätevästi sen vieressä. Pesutupa on varustettu pesuallasella ja suuren kapasiteetin pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla.

Kaikilla 13-vuotiailla ja sitä vanhemmilla on oltava vieraskortti nauttiakseen lomakohteista. Fripp Island -klubin jäseninä voi ostaa kortteja puolestasi. Vaikka se ei ole pakollista, suurin osa vieraistamme ostaa heidät pääsemään kaikkeen, mitä lomakeskus tarjoaa.

Kesällä vaaditaan viikoittainen oleskelu (la-la), vähintään 4 yön oleskelu vaaditaan kaikina muina vuodenaikoina. Varaukset on vahvistettava (täysi maksu ja allekirjoitettu vuokrasopimus) vähintään viikkoa ennen saapumista.

Saapumisaika on kuusitoista. Lähtöaika on klo 10.

We loved our stay on Fripp Island. The house was in a wonderful location- quiet neighborhood and close to a pool and playground. We would recommend renting a golf cart to ride around viewing the abundant wildlife. If you like less crowded beaches, going down to the end of the island was a short golf cart ride and had a great beach at low tide. The owners were very helpful and the communication was excellent. Having a bedroom on the top floor off the kitchen and living area was great for our 87 year old mother. (There were steps to get up to the top floor but they were wide and had good handrails. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was the perfect size for our group. The home is well equipped with everything you need. I especially loved the screened in porch off of the primary bedroom. It was so nice to sit there and read or have a cup of coffee and not have to worry about the bugs! The view off of both rear decks was lovely! Thank you for offering this home as a vacation spot. We would love to stay again next time we visit Fripp!

Highly recommend! The owner was very responsive and made sure every thing during our stay was going well. Perfect house for kids. It has a pack and play (with a good mattress), high chair, stroller, and baby gates. Also you don’t need to bring any beach items because the house is fully stocked. Appreciated the fridge in the garage too for extra storage! You’re walking distance to the cabana pool, which the kids loved. We purchased the resort cards for the week, which I recommend and also rented two golf carts. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and all the spices. Thank you for letting us stay!

Paradise

This place was fantastic! There was plenty of room for our two families and everything we needed for a family getaway. The screened in porch overlooking the spectacular view of the pond on the golf course made for some great evenings for entertainment and socializing. You really cannot beat this view. The 4 car garage kept our cars out of the sun while also providing enough room for several golf carts as well. The owners have really thought of everything a family would need for a fun week on Fripp!

We enjoyed our stay however the floors were filthy, inside and out. We couldn’t enjoy the screened in porch because the furniture cushions were so dirty. Only 2 wash clothes per bathroom meant we had to do laundry everyday 😢. By the way, there is a snake in the garage! Front bedroom was extremely warm.

Beautiful Home Excellent Location

Great stay at this property. Home was very clean, lots of chairs, a cooler, couple of bikes etc…are provided by the owner. Fridge / Freezer in the garage was convenient. Double car garage that is deep…ample parking for 4 midsize sedans inside. Great location being situated very close to the Activity Center and Cabana Club pool. Golf course and playgrounds are short distance on the same road, and one left turn to head to the marina and restaurant. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very happy with 168 Ocean Creek

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable Fripp vacation during our stay at 168 Ocean Creek. Bob was attentive and responsive during the months and weeks leading up to the rental. Sue the property manager had it ready and clean for us exactly as described. We found it to be a well-stocked, clean, and relaxing property for our family vacation. We will definitely consider for future rentals. Also.......tremendous viewing spot for 4th of July fireworks.

Family Fripp Vacation

The property was perfect for our family of six adults and three children. There was plenty of space with the two porch’s and the spacious open family room kitchen and dining area. The many items for the pool/ beach and outside shower was perfect. Golf was great! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to use for our fresh dinners and the fish we were able to get at local seafood markets. Thanks so much! The Lucas’

Return to Fripp Island

The house had a nice view upstairs on the back porch. It’s a great gathering space. It’s a very large area; great for gaming, viewing, conversation and just relaxing. Problem: the back porch furniture was very uncomfortable! No relaxing or comfortable furniture on the porch. Hard square wood with just a simple cushion on some seats. The owner needs to desperately change it out. We had trouble with the internet/tv all week. Owner needs to up date his equipment. Owner was very cooperative with any of our concerns. Get some new porch furniture and I would rent again!

Great Escape

This property was perfect for our family. 3 generations of island lovers stayed for a week of fun and relaxation. We enjoyed viewing the lovely setting from the living area and all 3 of the spacious porches, while watching birds, deer, and golfers. The Cabana Club pool was right around the corner. It's a fantastic place to view the ocean and inlet. We took our golf cart over to the beach every afternoon for some fun in the waves. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home. Steps were a problem which I had not considered. I was battling knee problems and sciatica so ended up not being able to join my siblings in activities as I'd planned but they enjoyed every bit of the island and that made everything good for me.

Stellar Vacation!

HUGE garage space for parking multiple cars and golf cart. The kitchen was well equipped, even with mixer to make birthday cake, crockpot for pulled pork sandwiches, many pots, pans, dishes, flatware. The screened porch was amazing, as well as the upper open deck with gas grill. We took one trip into Beaufort for golf cart tour of historic homes and scenic spots. Old oak trees were gorgeous. The rest of the time was spent at this beautiful home enjoying family time and riding the golf cart we had arranged to have delivered to the home prior to arrival. The serene beaches were vacant except for us. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Bob was awesome. He really took care of us ❤️!

Fripp vacation

We had a great time at Fripp. The house sits on the golf course with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed many evening and mornings watching the birds and the alligator from the second story porch. The close proximity to the cabana club was great for us as we had a toddler and an infant. This was our first time staying at Fripp and we will be back!! Bob was a very responsive and helpful host.

Yearly Fripp Vacation

For the past 40 plus years my family and now extened family have spent a week together each year on Fripp Island. We have watched the Island grow as our family has grown but we still enjoy the quiet setting with room to spread out on the beach and the overall feel of the island. Each of the last 10 year we have rented different houses and this year our family has said let's rent this one again. A little different with a top floor kitchen and living area, but once you get use to the layout the benefits are many and the facilities were excellent for our family - Did well for toddlers naps and babies sleeping near by and also for entertaining when the larger family group joined in. Well pointed kitchen and grill are a plus with few restaurants on the island and with us preferring to cook.
