Enjoy an island stay in this lovely island bungalow.  Located in the private community of Deer Lake, you’ll enjoy the open-concept living with great natural light that pours in from the floor to ceiling windows.  Cathedral ceilings add to the roomy feel of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home which has room for up to 8 guests.  You’ll find the well-appointed kitchen perfect for family meals and a quick bite before heading to the beach.  Enjoy relaxing on the back deck, overlooking a large lagoon.  This home is a short walk or golf cart ride to the neighborhood playground and the community pool is across the street from the house!  Enjoy the quiet side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including amazing wildlife, kayaking and more.
The Primary bedroom has a full ensuite with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo, with bedroom 3.
The kitchen is updated with island seating and stainless-steel appliances.
A large living room, with fireplace and the adjacent dining area are perfect for family gatherings.
A 4-Seater golf cart is included with your weekly stay.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
 
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
