Rentoudu ja nauti merinäköalalla kuistilta tai avokansilta. Rantatie kulkee dyynien läpi rantaan, jossa voit nauttia luonnon kauneudesta kaukana väkijoukosta.

Koti tarjoaa perheystävällisen ilmapiirin, runsaasti tilaa jokaiselle. Täysin varusteltu keittiö ja avoin perhealue sopivat erinomaisesti ystäville ja perheelle. Televisio, jossa on videonauhuri / DVD, sijaitsee perhealueella. Siellä on iso pöytä, johon mahtuu kymmenen, sekä toinen pienempi pöytä syömiseen, peleihin tai palapelin kokoamiseen. Langaton Internet-palvelu tarjotaan.

Jokaisessa 4 makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Viidennessä makuuhuoneessa, The Bunkhouse, on sarja kerrossänkyä ja parivuode, jonka päällä on yksi kerrossänky nukkumiseen 5: lle. Kaikki lapset nauttivat omasta erityisestä huoneestaan, jossa on TV ja videonauhuri / DVD.

Mukana on golfkärry, jonka avulla voit tutkia saarta ja etsiä peuroja. Talon alla on myös pingispöytä ja riippumatto rentoutumiseen. Lapsemme onnistuvat aina keräämään muita lapsia lomalle "hengailemaan" talon alla olevalla leikkialueella.

Fripp-osoite on 703 S. Red Drum Road sijaitsee aivan Marlinin lähellä ja noin puolivälissä Beach Clubin ja Ocean Pointin golfkentän välissä.

Neljä mukavuuskorttia varten on vuokrattu kiinteistö kokonaan viikossa, ja lisäkortteja voi ostaa. Yksikään kortti ei sisällä osittaista viikkovuokrausta, mutta ne voi ostaa. Näiden korttien avulla voit nauttia kaikista saaren virkistysmahdollisuuksista ja ravintoloista.

Perfect for our family!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. The rain kept us inside for the first few days of our stay and there was plenty of room to relax and hang out together. We loved the big dining room table for meals and games and the screened in porch was perfect for watching the rain. The owners were wonderful with communicating with us and even let us stay an extra night so we could get some extra beach time! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our trip!

Worth a repeat

Everything was as advertised and we lacked for nothing. We enjoyed the ocean view, the two golf carts, the pools and the walk to the beach was reasonable. Fripp has a very wide beach access so we were not surpriseed

Great Place for Family

I was a bit worried by the pictures that the living space would be large enough for our group. We had 7 adults and 6 children from 18 months - 12. The layout of this home was perfect. The bedrooms were isolated and we couldn’t hear people in the common area when we went to bed. The screened in porch was our gathering spot and the kids loved the sand pit. The outside shower was great to have as well. If you haven’t gone to Fripp you need to for sure!! Patricia was great at answering all my questions

We have stayed here several times. The house is clean upon arrival. The screened in porch is the best. The small ocean view is wonderful. Stocked well. Patricia responds quickly to your emails.

Great house!

My parents are homeowners on the island and rented this house when we had extended family visit. I stayed here along with my sister’s family. We had 9 in total. The house is great and even better than the photos. The kitchen is large and spacious and plenty of room for two to be cooking at once. Great large dining table that fit us all, but there also additional tables/chairs and bar stools at counter. No shortage of seating! There are essentially two bedroom wings that can be closed off with the kitchen and living areas in the middle. Great for two families or families with younger kids to sleep at night. The teens played ping pong downstairs every night and the second fridge on the ground level was great to keep drinks. But our favorite part was the screened porch, where we’d sit all times of the day with a nice breeze and view of the ocean. If we need extra room again in the future, we will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Beach House

The house had everything we needed for the week. The location to the beach was close by too. We spent most of our time in the evenings on the screened in porch. I would definitely rent this house again. The property owner was easy to reach and very responsive to our needs.

Amazing views and location

Patricia was wonderful, responded quickly and wanted our stay to be as pleasant as possible. The house was well-stocked, had great views, a sandbox and a large side yard for the littles to play and two well maintained golf carts to get around in! The house was in a great location and the split bedroom floor plan gave the families privacy! The beds were comfortable and the large dining table, bar stools and dinette table accommodated our group of 11 with seating to spare! The open decking or screened porch options offered outdoor seating for sunning or enjoying summer showers! We loved the house and Patricia and plan on rebooking next year. If you have youngsters or adults who need screen time to relax, make sure to bring a streaming device! TVs are not smart TVs so you can't utilize your streaming services! Wasn't a problem for us as our littles brought their tablets and Wi-Fi worked great!

Location is everything

This is the second annual Fripp Island trip for three moms and six kids, but our first time at this house. This is a great beach house for people with kids. It isn't too fussy, the floors are easy to clean, and the beach access is just across the street. The moms enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the porch with ocean views. The kids liked walking to the beach, the bunk room, and seeing (but not feeding) all the deer. We would stay again. Our only critiques (they are few and surface level): While the kitchen is well stocked, it is pretty disorganized and hard to find things. the knives are super dull. there weren't any beach chairs (other places have had this), there is shuffleboard, but not the equipment, and the beach wagon wasn't usable. Again, we enjoyed our stay. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and the location (proximity to beach as well as the beach itself) was perfect.

Perfect location. Perfect house

We were blown away by the ocean view from a truly fantastic screened in porch. It's where we spent most days and nights. The kitchen was well appointed. Nice fast golf cart. The house is divided nicely with 2 separate 'wings' with bedrooms and the main living area in the center. It's nice those wings could be closed off with doors to separate kids and those early to bed from the night owls. Perfect 10 out of 10. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great Family vacation

Our 3 children thier spouses and grandchildren spent Thanksgiving at this property. The house was perfect for our group. Kids loved being together in the bunk room. Big kitchen and dining area that everyone could sit at. Amenities like golf cart and ping pong table were a big hit.

Comfortable for family

This property is pretty well equipped for family of five adults and significant others. It is comfortable and convenient to beach access in less crowded end of the island. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and large open area inside the house.

Fripp Island Gem

This house was so awesome I fear I may run out of superlatives describing it. Let me start with the host/owner who was warm, friendly and easy to work with. We met her during the check in process and she could not have been any more welcoming and accommodating. This rental is large, with five bedrooms, all of which were exquisitely and beach-appropriately decorated, comfortable and spotless. Every convenience was available including two refrigerators, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster oven, and too many amenities to list individually. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with a dining table that is an event unto itself. It is beautiful wood with a sea turtle inlay, and it handles 10 guests with ease. There are multiple TVs throughout the house, but we were at the beach, so I don’t think one was turned on! The air-conditioning worked flawlessly but the front porch was a major enticement as well. This large porch is screened in, with ample comfortable seating, has a ceiling fan/light and . . . .wait for it . . . . a view of ocean. Our family spent part of each night situated there. There is a covered area under the house which the kids loved. There are a number of games down there, a hammock, a sandbox and still plenty of room to park cars out of the blistering sun. We also enjoyed using the peppy little golf cart, which is a must-have on Fripp. There is something for everyone at this property, and I recommend it without reservation. Do yourself a favor and look no further.

Relax by the sea

The house is perfect for a family group with 5 comfortable bedrooms. You are steps from the beautiful quiet beach. The kitchen is well equipped for serving a crowd. The screened in porch was a favorite hang out spot.
