While our trip began positively, we immediately encountered several issues upon arrival. There was no check-in packet or resort amenity information in the unit, which made it difficult to access amenities or understand resort offerings. We eventually located the office, where staff were kind and helpful. Our first major issue was the lack of hot water. Maintenance visited twice and confirmed that the system required repair; however, we were informed it would not be resolved during our stay due to the building sharing a central unit. As a result, we were limited to lukewarm showers throughout the trip. This was especially challenging for one of my children with special needs. Additionally, one of the primary reasons we selected this property—the Olympic-sized pool located directly outside our unit—was closed for the entirety of our stay. This amenity was prominently featured in the listing. We were forced to drive across the island to access an alternative pool which was inconvenient and not what we had planned for.The property also had significant parking issues due to nearby construction. Construction vehicles and dumpsters occupied designated parking areas, leaving us without reliable parking for our unit. We were instructed to park wherever possible, but were then confronted by resident for using their assigned spaces. We ended up having to park very far away. By midweek, after ongoing issues with hot water, parking, missing amenities, pool closings, etc we left early
