Close to the centre of Sion with its markets on Tuesday and Friday, you can enjoy the small resort and its summer activities.

Close to many seaside, fun and cultural activities, the accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Isle of Noirmoutier or the Isle of Yeu, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d'Olonne or for a getaway to Puy du Fou.

Bed linen and towels are not provided for single beds but can be offered for hire.

NOVA CONCIERGERIE offers linen rental:
Double bed kit: 25 euros per bed
Single bed kit: 20 euros per bed
Bath towel: 5 euros per towel
Baby bed: 20 euros per stay

Pets allowed upon request – supplement: €4 per day.


Cleaning is not included in the rate.
The accommodation must be returned clean. Failure to follow the cleaning instructions may result in an additional charge.

An end-of-stay cleaning package (not including dishes and taking out the trash) can be offered for 75 euros.
