”Great location ”

”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”Over the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable, and lots of space for a family of 3. Loved the location, easy to feel like a local, lots of cafes and close to the metro. Host was very quick with communication. The shower and bathroom needs some cleaning or renovation work, lots of mold build up in the shower and around the bathroom. Shower also didn't drain properly. Property itself was very damp, so likely contributed to the mold growth. Also found some areas a bit dusty, dirty, or just not...

”This was in a great location. It was very nice and well kept. Comfortable accommodations and very walkable the most popular locations. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers. The key is also a little cumbersome and takes a lot of wiggling and maneuvering to get it to work. A keypad...

”The apartment itself was very fine. Hostnfly, the concierge in charge of unit was totally unresponsive. The advertised clothes washer leaked on the first day of our stay, and despite phone calls and e-mails, their only response in the two week stay was that they were waiting to hear from someone to fix it. Even those responses were slow in coming. In addition, the location to pick up and drop off the key was about 1/2 mile from the unit, very inconvenient if you are dragging suitcases to the...
