”Maids did not service our room on the second day. I had to ask for towels and for the bed to be fixed. She brought me into the laundry room and I put my own towels in the dirty bin and waited for clean ones. Conditioner and Soap were also empty. Breakfast was ok. Microwave breakfast sandwich and some juice.”

”AC was loud but the room temperature was comfortable. —The room charge DOUBLED for the weekend nights. I was SHOCKED as that was not written anywhere !!!! — the manager politely said “it’s summer in Duluth & some other motels double rates. This is the cheapest motel in the area.” I don’t know if that was true, but I didn’t want to bother moving and finding another place. —most of the room was quite dark. Only bedside lamps & the light over sink next to the door. Manager REMOVED all lamps...

”The staff were so nice. We came to run Grandma's Marathon and they had the place decorated, welcome bags in our room and an extra early breakfast for the runners! It made the stay even better!”

”A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place”

”Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and nice to talk with. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the hot tub was not working for a few days. Also, they were redoing the parking lot and the staff redoing the lot parked where people paying to be there were parking their big trucks making it hard to park. It would have been nice if they would have parked in the back out of the way.”

”Room was ok for for stay but water was cold for the shower. Reported twice, but unfortunately no change in the water temperature. Breakfast room was busy & food items not replaced as required.”

”Nice place, quiet and clean, surrounded by woods so peaceful setting but near shoos and restaurants. OK pool but no hot tub. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room has a kitchen with dishes and cookware. Nice size closet for a studio suite. My only real complaint was the beds were like cement and so uncomfortable. I had to buy a mattress pad just to sleep. The pillows didn't have any stuffing and we're like sleeping on cloth.”

”This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare. Service was lacking -- in a three-day stay our room was never made up, but we did get one change of towels. My...

”I personally like my room and how pain it was plus the staff are very helpful. I raid some reviews that talks about the smell, but that was not an issue for me because there was no found smell. For the price I think it is very good and good location too.”
