”Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

”We stayed here on a one night stopover when travelling to the alps from Antibes. Wow..! - super stylish and beautifully furnished with really helpful and friendly staff. Retro room but immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely superb. We did a month long road trip in France this summer, and the dinner experience was easily our favourite of the trip. We were even invited into the kitchen to meet the fantastic staff..! Simply fantastic. Highly recommended.”

It offers lower mid-tier quality at mid tier prices, sprinkled with small annoyances. Breakfast is sort of expensive compared to what one gets, the sink / tap combo easily splashes water all over, decoration is … well, partly refurnished, yet at the same time you feel like you got back to nineties. As said, all in all not a bad experience, particularly due to professional and friendly staff, but at the same time nothing to celebrate either."
