”this is the first time for my husband and I in Saint Martin so we felt a little nervous about picking a neighborhood just off of house photos alone. This property did not disappoint. The house is beautifully appointed with stunning views and everything you need and more. Pascal and Muguet are amazing hosts. Very helpful , quick to respond and had a very large and thoughtful welcome basket ! The property is very private , in a double gated neighborhood , but still only 20 min from everything. So...

”I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.”

”LOCATION was great, right on the water in Grand Case, steps form a nice, roomy beach. Good snorkeling right in front of the house. On restaurant row so the food and drink is amazing everywhere. Close to Orient Beach and that was fun. Shopping and dining in Marigot was great, prices were actually decent. Buy beer and wine and alcohol at the little stores in Grand Case, they sell it cheap and one dollar = one euro!!! (This does not apply at restaurants). Best restaurants were Grand Case Beach Club...
