Chalet in St Maurice near Ballon d'Alsace

This cosy chalet is beautifully located on a slope overlooking the valley and mountains of St Maurice. The town centre is within walking distance of the chalet. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The small car park is nearby and the chalet is accessed by a nice wide stone staircase. 1 dog is allowed, garden and terrace cannot be closed. The accommodation includes a bicycle storage room.

The house is located at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace and the Ballon de Servance, near the Moselle and close to the picturesque Saint-Maurice-sur-Moselle. The region offers wonderful cycling and hiking routes with altitude differences between 550 and 1250 metres. You can do winter sports at the ski resorts of Le Rouge Gazon and Ventron (30 km of slopes; ranging from green to black). For beginners, there is a ski school with treadmill. Various events, such as torchlight processions and night sled racing, are organised during holiday periods.

A place free of mass tourism where authenticity, primal cosiness and excellent local gastronomy come together.

The chalets la Coccinelle (FR-88560-10), la Salamandre (FR-88560-11), l'Aigle (FR-88560-04) and l'Herison (FR-88560-05) are located together. Therefore, they can easily be booked together for a family and friends gathering.
