Cocoonr offers this charming 85 m² fisherman's cottage for rent in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, 1.5 km from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a pretty 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, hi-fi system and double sofa bed
- A dining room accessible by a few steps, with an office area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine (combined with tumble dryer), coffee machines (filter and piston), toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge with integrated freezer, complete set of crockery and cutlery...

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with twin beds forming a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), equipped with two solar-powered velux windows. The master bedroom is accessed via the shower room.
- Shower room
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) and a single sofa bed (80x190, suitable for 1 child)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, cot (without mattress), baby bath, high chair: children's equipment on request.

Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony equipped with a table and chairs.

The house is ideally located in the heart of the lower town of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in a very pleasant environment. The seafarers' quarter is lively, colourful and in the very centre of town. The rue de La Ferté, on which the balcony overlooks (a shopping street), is pedestrianised at weekends and during the holidays. The house is next to the market on Place des Pilots. You'll have access to all the essential shops on foot, including a well-known bakery next door.

Transport :

These spaces are chargeable, except from 7pm to 9am. The first 45 minutes are free, provided you register your number plate at the parking meter.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Noyelles railway station: 5 km away.
- Lille-Lesquin airport: 140 km away.
